Week 11 Summary

There are only two players left in the battle for first place. My Mom was knocked out with PHI. PHI lost at home to the upstart TEN Titans. Of course it didn't help that Donovan McNabb was injured in the first half and is now out for the season.

Mike Gilbert had NE over GB and George Melissinos had KC over OAK. Good picking with the pressure on.

Five others had PHI in the Second Place Bracket and are now gone for good. Thanks for playing: Andy Bardach, former champ Paul Bowman, Melinda Brooks, Mark Carlozzi, and Ken Hyslip #2. Four of these entries were assigned PHI because they did not submit a pick. I can only assume that each wanted PHI as they were favored by 13 points. All other entries in the Second Place Bracket either picked or were assigned KC.

All the players remaining for Second Place won at least their first six games. Obviously, it pays to stay in the Champion Bracket for as long as possible.
